The first thing you want to do on any new or current client is to cleanse their lashes. 
Cleansing lashes is crucial for longevity & the best retention for your clients. Cleansing lashes also helps prevent eye infections, lash mites & allergic reactions. 

Pump 1-2 times on each eye, cleanse clients eyes / lash line with a cleansing brush & rinse before applying eye pads, then apply lash primer. Ensure to rinse thoroughly as any shampoo residue can affect the retention / lashes sticking to the natural lashes.
